5. Pricing & Billing

All prices are listed in USD ($) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time and to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors.

6. Orders & Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or system errors. If your order is canceled, you will be notified and refunded if applicable.

7. Payment

We accept Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). All transactions are encrypted and secure.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days. Most customers receive their order within 5 business days. All orders ship free within the United States. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or external factors beyond our control.

9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (90 days under our 90-Night Sleep Guarantee), subject to the following conditions: items must be in original condition including packaging and accessories, items must show only normal handling, hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned once opened, and defective items must be reported upon arrival. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Returns are processed through our international warehouse. Returns may be subject to handling, restocking, or customs fees (up to 10%), which may be deducted from the refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. To request a return, contact info@velrest.com with your order number and reason. Returns must be approved before being sent. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days after inspection.
