What is the delivery time for my order?
We offer free shipping on every order — no minimum required. Due to high demand, orders are delivered within 3–7 business days. We ship from multiple fulfillment centers to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Most customers receive their order within 5 business days.
What if I haven't received my order yet?
Please allow the full 3–7 business days for delivery. If your order hasn't arrived after this time, contact us at info@velrest.com and we'll track it down for you immediately.
How do I return or exchange my order?

• Your order number (e.g. #0000)

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are handled by the customer. Rates depend on your chosen carrier.
What is the 90-Night Sleep Guarantee?
We're so confident you'll love your VELREST products that every order comes with a 90-night sleep guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied after 90 nights, contact us at info@velrest.com for a hassle-free return. We want you to love what you bought — or get your money back.
What are the return conditions?
You have 30 days after delivery to request a standard return (90 days under our Sleep Guarantee). To qualify:
• Item must be unused (standard returns) or gently used (Sleep Guarantee)
• Original packaging must be intact
• All tags must be attached (standard returns)
Hygiene-sealed items cannot be returned once opened.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). All payments are secure, encrypted, and protected.
What if I didn't receive a confirmation email?
No worries — sometimes emails can be delayed or end up in spam. If you still haven't received it, contact us at info@velrest.com with your name and email, and we'll resend it right away.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — cancellations are possible within 24 hours of placing your order. Email info@velrest.com with your details and we'll handle it as quickly as possible.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. Refunds may take up to 14 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Refunds for orders of $100 or more
Orders with a total value of $100 or more are generally refunded in the form of store credit, which can be used on any item in our store and does not expire. This policy applies to high-value orders and is part of our standard return process.
